CONDITION :

2 cm tear on the top edge along with very mild creasing, light creasing to the top corner tips, extremely mild creasing on the left edge, very mild fold wear (stress marks on some of the fold lines) note there are three horizontal fold lines, title written on the back of the top edge in Biro (the pressure of the pen has very lightly embossed the front), otherwise very good.
