CONDITION :

Light 10 cm diagonal crease across the top right corner, very mild creasing around the bottom of the right edge, tiny crease across the tip of the bottom left corner, creasing between the center and right vertical fold lines (below the center horizontal fold), additional creasing around the right vertical fold line (due to being folded out of alignment and refolded), creasing around the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise excellent!
