CONDITION :

Tiny crease across the tip of the top left corner, extremely mild creasing on the left edge with a tiny spot of edge wear at the center of the edge, 1 to 2 pinholes near every corner (some have torn slightly), two pinholes within the top of the house and one either side of it (the one on the left within the gate area has torn), extremely mild creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), slight Browning to the back of the center and left vertical fold lines and the back of the left quarter of the top and center horizontal folds (this is only noticeable on the front if the poster is held to light/backlit), otherwise very good!!

For example since 2021 any goods sent to the EU from the UK (and manufactured in the UK) are liable for a 20% VAT charge imposed by the EU.
You will have to pay this upon delivery (and possibly a handling charge from the delivery agent), Currently I am unable to collect this in advance due to the costs and paperwork involved for a sole trader.

Unfortunately due to the removing the de minimis exemption rule from the 29th August 2025, which allowed U.S.A. customers to import goods valued below $800 tax free, I will be suspending sales to the U.S.A. from Friday 15th August 2025, until it has been made clearer on the best way to collect payment and file taxes as a sole trader for this development.

I apologise for the inconvenience and have valued your custom over the past 15 years, I will update when a solution has hopefully been found.
