CONDITION :

12 cm vertical crease line just right of the top of the left vertical fold line, extremely mild creasing on the right edge, extremely tiny tear and extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, tiny tear at the bottom of the left edge, 2 cm light diagonal crease across the bottom left corner, extremely faint fine 15 cm vertical blue print line next to the right edge (top half), light creasing between some of the fold intersections, otherwise excellent!
