CONDITION :

Mild creasing around the edges, Two small edge tears on the bottom edge, tiny edge tear on the right edge, mild surface creasing around the corners and also along the bottom (some dark print has transferred onto some of the creases), additional slightly diagonal fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment, some fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines plus a 2cm tear across the slightly diagonal vertical fold on the right ..there is also heavy creasing around and along this fold line), surface is lightly creased throughout, Otherwise Good.
