CONDITION :

Two 2cm edge tears plus a 1cm edge tear and a couple of tiny edge tears on the top edge, crease across top left corner, long light crease across top right corner, title has been written on the back of the top of the left edge in black marker pen which has bled through to the front, tiny edge tear on the left edge, two 1cm edge tears on the bottom edge, mild fold wear including several extremely tiny separations around the top and center fold intersections, additional vertical fold line between the center and both side edges, a few light surface creases, Otherwise Very Good.
