8 x 2 cm area of patchy print loss below the W in the title, extremely mild edge wear at the top of the right vertical fold line, 4 cm diagonal crease across the bottom left corner and a tiny crease across the top left corner, approximately three tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the top half of the left edge, extremely mild fold wear (creasing around some of the intersections) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, otherwise very good.
