Two extremely tiny tears and a couple of tiny creases on the top edge, 5 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner, a couple of tiny creases on the left edge, some light surface creasing near the side edges, extremely mild fold wear (light stress marks on some the fold lines and some creasing around the fold intersections), otherwise very good!
