CONDITION :

Small crease across the bottom right corner, extremely mild edge wear on the left and bottom edges, 1 to 2 pinholes near every corner, 2-3 pinholes near the top and bottom of the left vertical fold line, pinhole near the top of the right vertical fold line and three near the bottom of the right vertical fold line, very mild fold wear (note there are three horizontal fold lines), some surface creasing between the center and right vertical fold lines (either side of the center horizontal fold line), grubby mark on the back of the right edge (not noticeable on the front), otherwise very good!
