A few fingermarks around each corner, extremely mild edge wear on the left edge, tiny light brown spot of damp on the bottom edge, crease across the bottom right corner, a little surface paper loss on the back of the top corners (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), extremely mild fold wear, light creasing around the fold intersections, patch of light surface creasing near the bottom center, small patch of blu-tac residue/grease also near the bottom center, Otherwise Very Good.
