CONDITION :

1 cm tear along with approximately 4 smaller tears and mild creasing on the top edge, a couple of tiny creases on the bottom edge, tiny light surface creases near the left edge, very light 24 cm diagonal crease through the last letter of the title (only noticeable at certain viewing angles), otherwise very good!
