CONDITION :

2cm edge tear and mild edge wear on the left edge, small crease across left corners, two small edge tears and mild edge wear on the bottom edge, 1cm edge tear and mild creasing to the right edge, two 1cm edge tears and approx. six tiny edge tears plus moderate creasing / edge wear to the top edge (left), 2 pinholes near all corners (5 near the bottom left corner), mild fold wear including two tiny tears around the top fold intersection on the left vertical fold line and a tiny tear at a couple of the other fold intersections, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment, small sticker on the back of the bottom left corner, Otherwise Very Good!! .
