Small crease across top left corner, 6cm band of black ink has smudged from the black border out to the left edge (near top and bottom) plus a couple of smaller smudges on the right at the same level, two tiny edge tears on the right edge, light crease just left of the center vertical fold line (from top fold intersection to the bottom fold intersection), very mild fold wear including a pinhole sized wear hole at each of the three fold intersections, crease from the left edge to the bottom fold intersection (just below the bottom horizontal fold line), Otherwise Excellent !.
