CONDITION :

Numerous Brown patches of damp (foxing) around every corner (particularly noticeable around the left corners where it is also present within the yellow background areas), additional Brown spots of damp/foxing within the outer borders/edges and some other random spots here and there.
1 cm diagonal crease across both top corners, 1 cm triangular shaped piece torn from the near the bottom of the right edge, 1 cm tear and extremely mild creasing also on the right edge, 42 cm diagonal crease from just right of the center of the bottom edge across to near the bottom of the right edge, 2 cm tear with surrounding surface paper loss and also a tiny piece of edge paper loss at the bottom of the left vertical fold line, 26 cm diagonal crease from the bottom of the left vertical fold line across to near the bottom of the left edge, extremely tiny tear and extremely mild creasing also on the bottom edge, 2 cm diagonal tear along with a tiny tear and mild creasing on the left edge.
Approximately 7 to 10 pinholes near every corner, four pinholes near the top center, and two at the bottom center.
Mild fold wear including a small wear hole at the left fold intersection on the center horizontal fold line and a number smaller wear hole at the left and center fold intersections on the top horizontal fold line, along with a few separations across the top quarter of the left vertical fold line and the left quarter of the center horizontal fold line, along with creasing around the fold intersections and stress marks on the fold lines.
