CONDITION :

Extremely tiny tear and a couple of light creases on the top and bottom edges, some light surface creasing within the first 4 inches (10 cm) of the bottom half of the left edge including some white stress marks in the red background around the center of the edge and also some in the Kirstie Alley picture, a couple of small white surface creases near the right edge (in the Tobey Maguire picture), faint 10 cm diagonal crease through the first “R” in “Harry”, otherwise very good.
