CONDITION :

Two extremely tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the top edge, light creasing around the bottom left corner, light surface creasing within the first 4 inches (10 cm) of the bottom half of the left of the poster including some white stress marks in the red background around the center of the left edge and also a few within the Kirstie Alley picture box, a couple of small white surface creases within the Tobey Maguire picture box on the right, light crease near the bottom right corner, otherwise very good.
