CONDITION :

3 x 2 cm piece torn from the top left corner, two extremely tiny tears on the top edge, 3 cm tear and a 1 cm tear along with mild creasing/edge wear on the left edge (mostly bottom half), light surface creasing around the edges, 2 to 5 pinholes near every corner (some have torn slightly and a couple have torn together), mild fold wear including additional creasing around the left and right vertical fold lines and creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), three faint fingermarks below the Swayze credit at the top and several fingermarks around the corners, slight Browning to the back of the right vertical fold line and the back of the right quarter of the center and bottom horizontal folds plus a little tape adhesive staining on the back of the top right corner (all only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise very good and in my opinion the missing corner piece could easily be disguised with some backing paper.
