CONDITION :

Small patch of print loss near the top of the right edge, 7 cm strip of tape adhesive staining near the top and bottom of both side edges, mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the center fold intersection and stress marks on the fold lines, small white surface crease near the top center, light creasing to the top right corner, the right edge may have become a little damp at some point as the surface is a little wavy (no apparent staining though), otherwise very good.
