CONDITION :
Extremely mild edge wear on the top edge, three tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, mild creasing on the right edge, a little blu-tac residue near each corner, very mild fold wear, the back of the bottom half of the left vertical fold line and back of the left side of the bottom horizontal fold line have both browned which is lightly visible on the front (more so if held to light), title has been written on the back in Biro (only noticeable on the front if backlit), Otherwise Very Good.
