Four tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge (mostly on the right), tiny crease across the tip of the top right corner, crease across top left corner, a couple of tiny creases on the top edge, a couple of tiny white surface crease marks near both side edges, small blueish print error streak just below the last letter of the title, Otherwise Very Good.
