Two extremely tiny tears and a couple of tiny creases on the top edge, moderate creasing along the bottom edge, tiny crease across the tip of the bottom left corner, surface creasing around the top left corner area including several white stress marks within and around the WES of WESLEY, some light surface creasing near the center of the left edge, small surface crease near the center of the right edge, otherwise good.
