1cm edge tear and two smaller edge tears on the top edge, tiny edge tear on the bottom edge, light creasing around the edges and the surface has a few light creases (some dark print has transferred onto some of the creases making them appear a little grubby), very slight yellowing along the top, Otherwise Very Good.
