CONDITION :

Very mild creasing around the edges, 2 cm tear at the center of the bottom edge, a couple of tiny tears also on the bottom edge, crease across the bottom right corner, moderate creasing to the right edge, the top half of the right edge has yellowed (1 cm wide band), crease from the center of the right edge up to the top right corner, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, very slight yellowing to the left half of the top horizontal fold line, otherwise good.
