Four extremely tiny edge tears on the left edge, Two small edge tears on the bottom edge, two tiny edge tears on the right edge, Five small edge tears on the top edge, Mild edge creasing, A few grubby marks and approx. four tiny staple holes around the top corners, few grubby marks near the bottom edge, surface is a bit wrinkled, a few mall white creases around the center (within “ERIK” text), mild fold wear, edges have yellowed a little, Otherwise Good.
