CONDITION :

Extremely tiny tear on the top edge, very mild creasing on the bottom edge, small white surface crease near the right edge (just above center), two very faint vertical creases from top to bottom down through the center of all four fold segment areas, approximately 3 pinholes near every corner (one near the top right corner has torn approximately 1 cm and the three near the top left corner have torn into each other), light creasing around some the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise very good!
