CONDITION :

Approximately 8 tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the top edge (left), small light crease across the bottom left corner, small tear near the bottom of the left edge, some light surface creasing near the edges, very light creasing around the left vertical fold line, 14 x 1 cm slither of the back of the left of the top edge has slightly discoloured (possible water stain but this not noticeable on the front), otherwise very good!
