CONDITION :
Extremely tiny tear near the top of the right edge, tiny crease across the bottom right corner, extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, some light surface creasing within the left and bottom borders (a little dark print has transferred onto some of the creases mostly around the bottom left corner area), very slight Browning to the top left corner, few tiny Brown speckles of tape residue? around the top right corner, otherwise very good!
