CONDITION :

2cm and a 1cm edge tear on the bottom edge, tiny edge tear and mild edge wear on the right edge, moderate creasing and two small tears on the top edge (mostly to the right), 1-4 pinholes near each corner and the top and bottom edge centers, Fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines and a small tear at the fold intersections), surface is a little wrinkled in places, Otherwise Good.
