CONDITION :
Extremely mild edge wear on the right edge, fold wear including white stress marks on most fold lines and additional creasing around some of the intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), slight Browning/Brown spots of damp on and around the back of the left and center fold lines and throughout the back of the top two left corner fold segments (not noticeable on the front), otherwise okay but the stress marks on the fold lines are intrusive.
