CONDITION :

Tiny spot of red print on the tip of the bottom edge (near right corner), extremely tiny tear on the bottom edge, extremely tiny tear and very mild edge wear/creasing on the top half of the left edge, three very small faint light Brown stains on the back of the left edge (these are extremely lightly visible on the front ..a couple of inches above the top horizontal fold line), additional vertical fold line adjacent to the right vertical fold (due to being folded out of alignment), extremely mild fold wear (note there are three horizontal fold lines), creasing around the center fold intersection on the right vertical fold line, title written on the back of the top edge in Biro (this has lightly embossed the surface on the front), otherwise very good.
