10 cm jagged tear from the top edge down towards the right edge, mild edge wear also on the top edge, very mild edge wear on the left edge, mild fold wear (additional creasing around some of the fold intersections), additional crease around the tops of the left and right vertical fold line (due to being folded out of alignment and refolded), otherwise very good.
