Extremely tiny tear and mild creasing on the top edge, very light crease across every corner, slightly diagonal crease just right of the top half of the center vertical fold line (due to being folded slightly out of alignment), extremely mild fold wear (note there are three horizontal fold lines), a few light surface creases, Otherwise Very Good!
