CONDITION :

Fine line of dark print completely along the tip of the top edge (probably cut slightly out of alignment from the print run), one of the colours appears to have been printed slightly out of alignment making the text look a little out of focus, small crease across the tip of the top left corner, light creasing around some the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds as issued), light creasing between the left and right fold intersections on the center horizontal fold line going diagonally across to the center vertical fold (either side of center), otherwise very good.
