Small piece torn from the tip of both left corners, mild edge wear on the left edge, pinhole in each corner (all have torn through to the edge), some fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines plus a small tear at the right fold intersection), surface has a few small wrinkles and a couple of white stress marks, Otherwise Very Good.
