CONDITION :

3 cm tear and a small tear on the top edge along with mild creasing, mild creasing on the bottom edge, very mild fold wear, five tiny white spots near the top right corner, a little blu-tac grease/residue near the center of both side edges, light surface creasing along the top and bottom, a couple of light liquid splashes on the bottom edge, Otherwise Very Good.
