CONDITION :

3 cm jagged tear on the top edge with a small spot paper loss at the center of it (left of the top of the left vertical fold line), approximately four extremely tiny tears and extremely mild edge wear also on the top edge, extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, two tiny tears on the left edge, light vertical crease from the top edge down to the center horizontal fold line (through the center of the top left corner fold segment), small pinhole tear near the center of the top left corner fold segment, extremely mild fold wear including two tiny tears on the left vertical fold line, otherwise very good!
