Tiny tear and extremely mild edge wear on the top edge, mild creasing on the right edge, pinhole near every corner and the center of the top and bottom edges (four pinholes near the bottom right corner), small scratch near the top right corner and another near the bottom left corner, fold wear including stress marks on some the fold lines and additional creasing around some of the intersections, otherwise good.
