Numerous tiny Brown speckles of damp along the top edge/top border (mostly near the corners), 1 cm tear along with four smaller tears and mild creasing on the top edge, light creasing and slight Browning to the top right corner, tiny piece worn away from the center of the right edge, approximately six tiny tears and mild edge wear on the right edge along with slight Browning/Brown speckles of damp on the tip of the edge, approximately five tiny Brown speckles of damp around the center of the left edge, five pinholes to the left of the T in THIS text near the top left corner, three pinholes above the EEN in the SIXTEEN text near the top right corner, mild fold wear including a small wear hole at the center fold intersection on the right vertical fold line plus a tiny wear hole at four of the other intersections and light creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise very good!
