Approximately 6 tiny tears and moderate creasing on the top edge including a 4 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner, very mild creasing on and just above the bottom edge including a few tiny white stress marks, a few small white surface creases near the side edges (including up to and around the edges of the title), a few random small white surface creases here and there, tiny spot of blu-tac grease near each corner, otherwise good.
