Two tiny tears and very mild creasing on the bottom edge including light creasing to the corners, 1 cm thin Brown stain spot on the tip of the bottom edge (near left corner), tiny tear on the left edge, extremely mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the center and right fold intersections, some light surface creasing/wrinkles throughout, otherwise very good.
