CONDITION :

Extremely mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge (mostly on the right), small crease across the top right corner, very mild edge wear around the center of the right edge, two small tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, tiny crease across the tip of the bottom left corner, tiny tear and a couple of small creases on the left edge, mild fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines), some very light surface creasing near the side edges including a few tiny white stress marks, otherwise very good.
