Very mild edge wear on the top and bottom edges, 1 cm tear on the left edge (has a little acid free tape on the back), small white surface crease just left of the tiny boat on the left, approximately five tiny white surface creases just below the S in the title and one within the E, tiny white surface crease near the top right corner, otherwise very good.
