Approximately four small tears and mild creasing on the top edge, 3 cm diagonal crease across the top right corner, a couple of tiny creases on the right edge, mild creasing around the bottom left corner, 7 cm band of tiny vertical brownish print error lines near the bottom edge (just below the web address), several tiny white surface creases near the right edge, otherwise good.
