CONDITION :
4x4 cm piece torn from the top left corner, 5 cm tear along with a 1 cm tear and three tiny tears on the left edge (there is a strip of acid free tape on the back of the left edge re-enforcing the tears), extremely mild edge wear on the top edge, 1 cm tear and a tiny crease on the right edge, very mild creasing on the bottom edge, numerous tiny Brown spots of damp throughout the bottom right corner area and a few tiny random specks near the right edge (including within some of the reviews and the photo), otherwise good.
