CONDITION :

16 cm tear from the bottom edge up to the top of the R in the MARCELLO credit (has acid free tape on the back), 1 cm tear and approximately 3 tiny tears also on the bottom edge, a couple of tiny faint Brown specks of damp and a small reddish print spot near the bottom of the left edge, extremely tiny tear through the tip of the top left corner along with a small diagonal crease, tiny tear and extremely mild creasing on the top edge, small Brown spot of damp within the top border (near left corner), 4 cm diagonal crease across the top right corner, mild creasing to the right edge/right border, light creasing around the fold intersections and a tiny tear at the center fold intersection, otherwise very good!
