CONDITION :
16 cm tear from the bottom edge up to the top of the R in the MARCELLO credit (has acid free tape on the back), very slight Browning and a few tiny Brown speckles of damp on the tip of the left edge and a few on the tip of the right edge, a couple of tiny tears on the left edge, very light, 6 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner, two 1 cm tears along with three tiny tears on the top edge, diagonal crease either side of the top center, very faint 8 cm diagonal crease and a small crease across the top right corner, mild creasing on the right edge/within the right border, light creasing around the fold intersections and a couple of extremely tiny separations on the top horizontal fold line, otherwise very good!
