CONDITION :

3cm tear across the top left corner (nearly torn completely through), 4cm tear on the bottom left corner (again nearly torn completely through), 2cm edge tear and heavy creasing at the bottom of the left edge, tiny edge tear and moderate edge wear at the top of the left edge, mild edge wear on the right edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines and a pinhole sized wear hole at the top fold intersection), fold lines are not particularly straight indicating it was folded by hand, surface has a few light wrinkles, Otherwise Good.
