Extremely faint 6 x 20 cm (approximately) water stain near the top of the left edge (has caused a slight wrinkle in the paper), two small tears and very slight yellowing to the tip of the left edge, extremely tiny tear and very mild creasing on the right edge, very light surface creasing near the top and bottom edges, small crease across the bottom left corner, small grease stain just below the top edge (above the E in O’NEILL), otherwise good.
