Additional vertical fold lines either side of center, two pinholes near each corner, creasing across / around the right corners, four tiny stain spots near the bottom right corner, extremely tiny edge tear on the top edge, two small white stress marks at the left edge of the blue background (just above center fold line), tiny wear hole at the left fold intersection on the bottom horizontal fold line, mild other fold wear, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, diamond shaped crease around the top and bottom fold intersections on the center vertical fold line, Otherwise Very Good.
