CONDITION :

Small tear and very mild creasing on the right edge, extremely mild creasing on the top and bottom edges, 2 cm tear at the left edge of the bottom horizontal fold line, very mild fold wear (stress marks on some the fold lines) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, small sticker on the back of the poster (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise good.
